The PA JEDI Financial Officer is responsible for the proper receipt, accounting and disbursement of club funds within policies established by the Dedicated Service Assembly (DSA) for adequate financial control. It is suggested that the Financial Officer’s work focus primarily on financial records and payment procedures rather than the handling of cash. However, any and all transactions decided by the DSA must have a minimum of three Dedicated Service Representative (DSR) signatures confirming the amount to be deposited/debited from the account.

The PA JEDI Artistic Director will be the overall head of the education and artistic departments. Their primary focus will be to oversee class curriculum, class scheduling, ranking / combat tests, appointing the members of the artistic staff, as well as assist the Event Director in managing the fight line-up at various PA JEDI venues. Other responsibilities of the Artistic Director are included but not limited to being an active Fight Captain, teaching more advanced bladework, and martial combat.

The person who is elected as the PA JEDI Communication Specialist has a unique role within the organization. Their position within PA JEDI supports every other leader in the organization. The primary responsibility is preserve the visual brand and image of PA JEDI. They will work closely with the Promotional Manager to develop the strategy for marketing, public relations, promotional materials and assist members with their character development and costuming. Other duties of the Communication Specialist include ensuring effective correspondence between club members and the Dedicated Service Assembly (DSA) as well as and vice versa. Detailed within this responsibility includes but is not limited to ensuring the PA JEDI database is up-to-date with proper personal & emergency contact information, liability waivers, as well as any membership applications from potential membership.

The PA JEDI Event coordinator & Promotional Manager is a dual position whereas the person is responsible for setting up and organizing PA JEDI venues as well as maintaining the image of PA JEDI to the public. They work closely with the Creative Manager to develop branding material to be used as promotional and marketing purposes. They also work closely with the Artistic Director in order to help set up performances at said venues. Their primary responsibility is to ensure all club members have adequate information prior to and during PA JEDI events as well as working with the Financial Officer to ensure there are funds to purchase necessary PA JEDI promotional materials.

The PA JEDI Forum Director is responsible for the communique within the PA JEDI forum between members and the public. Their primary responsibility is to ensure communications between users are maintained in a civil and respectable manner, the forum board is free of any unwanted spam or "flame wars", as well as place any necessary updates on the forum for organizational rules & regulations.
